- No database, migration or stored record.
- No operational authentication or session.
- No email delivery, so no invitation can be sent.
- No remote retrieval, image download or command execution.
- No payment, verification, API or MCP capability.

Discovery, architecture and brand
Delivered
- Repository discovery and architecture proposal.
- Entity model, import mapping proposal and threat model.
- Sitemap and design system proposal.
- Three brand directions, then the refined Bracket Index A2 identity.
- Complete brand book and a 468 file asset suite.
Deliberately excluded
- Documentation only. Nothing was applied to the running product.
