Terms of service
A working draft. No account can be created and no service is supplied, so no agreement is currently in force between you and Bobby Directory.
Status of this document
This draft is published so that it can be read before the platform becomes operational. It has not been reviewed by a lawyer, it names no legal entity, and it states no governing law or jurisdiction. Those details are deliberately absent rather than invented.
When the platform becomes operational, a final version will be published with a version number and an effective date, and acceptance will be requested explicitly.
The service
Bobby Directory is intended to let a customer import structured data, describe it, moderate it, delegate maintenance of individual profiles, and publish selected profiles.
In the current release the site is an interface preview. No account, workspace, directory or profile exists, and nothing you enter is stored.
Your data
Data you bring remains yours. The intention is that you can export your own records at any time without an upgrade.
You are responsible for having the right to publish the records you import, including any personal data they contain.
Acceptable use
The platform may not be used to publish unlawful content, to impersonate a person or organisation, to harvest personal data, or to interfere with the operation of the service.

Availability and change
Capabilities are activated one at a time after review. A capability described anywhere on this site is not available until the status page records it as active.
Material changes to these terms will be published with a new version number and an effective date.
